David Bayer - President
David has more than 10 years experience in Internet technologies, online marketing & business development. David's knowledge and recognition of the relationships between search systems, lead generation and emerging web2.0 technologies has become the cornerstone of the company's strategic vision. David was a key driver in establishing Ducati Motorcycles as the pre-eminent motorcycle e-business case study, helping the company establish themselves as the 7th highest grossing E-commerce site in Europe (2002 w/$70MM rev in 2001-2002). David established startup experience with both PopWall.com (Top 5 Internet Gift Site, BusinessWeek 2000) and Broadband National. Having graduated from Columbia University ('98) with a B.A. in English, David is continually working to drive a better understanding of the relationship between natural language, technology & thought process.

Kamuti Kiteme - EVP
Kamuti has over 15 years of experience with Internet media and multi-platform technologies. His sales experience dates back to '94 when, while VP of Sales, Kamuti brokered the first online Levi & Coca-Cola media buys. As part of the executive task team that facilitated SonicNet's acquisition by TCI Music, Kamuti drove the development of a multi-platform music and advertising program across retail, television and web channels. As VP of Sales & Business Development for MTVi - MTV's digital brand - Kamuti managed cross-brand marketing and media solutions which enabled the company to leverage multiple brands on multiple platforms. Kamuti most recently worked with mobile platform leader UPOC Networks as VP Business Development, where he brokered company's first mobile platform partnership with Starwood Hotel Group and drove the company's search engine optimization and affiliate marketing strategies. Kamuti has a BA in Communications & Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania (Annenberg/Wharton) '91. Kamuti's cross platform experience has driven his interest in media convergence & multi-platform marketing.
